It is a beautiful hotel located in a great part of Southeast Florida.

I have stayed at this resort many times including getting married and having my reception there, and having out of town guests stay there. My daughter wanted to stay there for her birthday and so I booked a room. First, the receptionist Gabe us keys to room 1576..which didn't exist. After trying to locate the room..we were given our correct room..numver 1575. Second..The heavenly beds were hellish. They were soft and lumpy. The shower leaked so badly that the marble floor looked like a wading pool..and it becamedangerous to walk on. The bar and restaurant service was non existent. After waiting a long time, our servers came once to take our orders and then never returned. We had to get other people to locate our servers and our drinks. This is not what I expect to get for $430 a night.

The beach was wonderful and the pools were beautiful. I was impressed by the security. I received a late check out which was nice.

Parking was too expensive, I was there 3 nights but received only 1 bottle of water in my room. It would have been nice to have had a casual dinning service in addition to the cafeteria style eatery and the formal dinning room.

Convenience of location to local sites. The plus/expensive look of the facility.

Meal and room prices were unnecessarily outrageous. Although the hotel is nice it certainly wasn't any better than a $125/night hotel. The meal price was outrageous. We were stuck in a back room, had to walk in out of the maze of tables in the front seating area to get to it and the quality of the meal was no different than an Outback ( good, but not any beter)
