The view from my room on the 5th floor was great. I enjoyed being able to see the mountains and the old, beautiful houses.
The staff were all exceptional. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, polite and professional - lots of smiles too.
The bed was very comfortable. I also liked the TV and the toiletries in the bathroom.
Tour companies picked up and dropped off either at the door or just around the corner which saved a lot of walking.

I enjoyed my stay and all the staff were lovely.
Had trouble accessing my room with the card. Was fine once a new door thing was put on.

Molto cordiale, personale cortese e disponibile. Pulizia anche molto cordiale. Apprezzato il servizio in ritardo in camera - il fuoco di legno la pizza era squisita. Letto molto comodo. Il mio soggiorno di breve immensamente e utilizzerà il nuovo hotel.
