The guy at the front desk was nice... also the room was way better than the motel ***. That wecstay at the night before that was the same price
The tv remote was broke . The lady at the front desk was very good about resolving the issue

We were pleasantly surprised! We just needed a place to sleep dropping off our daughter at a local college. We got adjoining rooms and in between it could have used a good sweeping. Our beds were comfortable and the staff could not have been any nicer or more helpful.
I was hoping to take a bath but didn't think the bathtub looked quite clean enough.

Convient, clean.
The access stairwell was not available so it was inconvient to walk to the far end stairwell to access my room. I was not made immediately aware of this and had to ask the maintenance man how to access my room. He was very nice and accommodating. Other than this, my stay was fine.

Convenient to our reunion. Friendly staff. Refrigerator in room.
Only 1 chair, inconvenient for 3-day stay. Wi-fi free but Skype 19cents per minute - outrageous. No free breakfast.

Comfortable
Light and fan in bathroom should be on different switches. Because of noise in the night. Could have used tissues and also a basket in bathroom for garbage. Bath towels could be bigger. One ceiling light was out in bathroom and also one out over the bed.

The bed was very comfortable and the and the hotel was locates in a quiet location. It is a "pet friendly" hotel and you would never know. There was no pet odor or masses of pet hair to be found.
The bathroom did not look like it was cleaned thoroughly. There was dried urine on the toilet seat and hair on the bathroom floor. Looked like all that was cleanes was the sink and the bathtub.
