The staff was excellent. I needed a pone charger and the man at the desk made sure he got me one. Savior.

The willingness of your staff to arrange for us to check in early. We were moving from one hotel to another and we needed to check in earlier than normal. The staff allowed us to go to the pool until our room was ready. They were great to work with.
The price was a little high in comparison but no other conerns.

The clean rooms, quietness of hotel and the friendly staff
The elevator makes too much noise and is somewhat slow. We always have a problem with the key card, In fact, my sister and I stayed there in March 2012 and had to get three sets of cards in order to find a set that worked in the door lock.

I enjoyed the warm atmosphere, and nothing is better than fresh cookies. We stayed here last year and enjoyed not staying in Vegas.

La ubicación era buena
Nos dieron una habitación para discapacitados que no estaba limpia y había tenido mascotas que se alojen en la habitación. Esto hizo que mis alergias a actuar y no tuvimos una buena noche de sueño. Pedimos un cambio de habitación, Buth que no tenían habitaciones disponibles. No me quedaré allí de nuevo.
