The staff was very helpful and friendly.
I had trouble with the key card.

My husband and I both thought the hotel was clean. The high bed was comfortable -- especially since I have knee problems. We were also amazed at how clear TV reception was. Everyone on the staff was friendly and very accommodating. If we are in need of hotel/motel in Hastings again, we would like to to stay again. So glad you are open. Breakfast was very nice, too.
Since I have problems with my knees, the only drawback was the low toilet.
