The front desk staff was very helpful.

It was clean and quiet. We were traveling to Natchez and wished to break up the trip. I really enjoy a whirlpool and all rooms have them I am told.

Fair price for the facility
Nothing bad to say about the hotel. When I arrived, I requested to modify my stay taking out one night. The clerk advised that I would need to contact the booking agency. I had one option on the site, (to cancel the reservation). I wanted to modify the reservation, not cancel it. This should be a simpler process.

The rooms are very very nice! Perks, the casino, and Louie's steak house was good!
The staff at the check in desk are horrible! The woman with the braded knot on top of her head was rude and made it obvious she was not interested in waiting on us!
