Valet for room was exceptional!
Valet parking was over priced due to all the added fees.

Very nice and clean hotel.
Did not realize I was charged extra each day for parking and a "resort fee". That was disappointing because I felt like I had paid plenty already for the room each day. The beds were not very comfortable.

We liked the adult amenities of the spa and closeness to golf nearby. The Mexican restaurant was also very good.
We booked this hotel as a spring break getaway for us and the kids. Sadly, there were no kid activities other than the swimming pool that our kids could benefit from. We had to go offsite the hotel premises to find activities for the kids to do. I would not recommend this hotel as a "family friendly" hotel, but rather as a "convention hotel" that caters to companies and large groups of people. The staff we talked to said that there are more kid activities in the summer when the water park section is open. Sadly, we won't be coming back to find out.

It's a beautiful hotel with nice restaurants inside.
Nice but very average room that was VERY overpriced. They even charged us $18 each night for two bottles of water that was in the mini fridge.

The atmosphere was wonderful. Nice place and surroundings. The Hickory Smoke house was wonderful maybe a little pricey.
The wait staff in some of the restraunts and bars could have been a little more personable.
