The staff was extremely helpful. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The TV was large for the room with an excellent picture. Plenty of amenities. Food in restaurant was good. Shuttle services terrific. And of course, guess get a warm chocolate chip cookie. :-)
I was disappointed when I didn't get another plastic insert for the ice bucket and the water was not emptied out at the ice bucket. These glasses were not taken away but I did get new glasses to replace them. Minor problem, but I did expect better.

Front desk staff was great, bartender gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant.
The cook at breakfast was not very friendly and ignored us when we tried to order an omelette. When I got my omelette with cheese he had just piled up a load of cheese on top of the egg and cheese was cold.

Everyone and everything except the bathroom.
The bath room needs to be a little larger, hate having to dodge a door when trying to utilize the bathroom regardless of the need.
