The property was very well maintained and the desk clerk was friendly, professional and very accommodating. Our room was tastefully decorated and the bathroom and shower was fresh and updated.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable.
We were on the west facing side of the building and the doors were scalding hot on the outside. I nearly burned my hand just opening the door. You should alert people to this when the weather is hot and/or put something on the door to enable door opening without scalding. I asked to move rooms to be on quieter, cooler side but did not receive great response to this.

I've always made it a point to stay at this hotel when I'm in the area. I like the neighborhood, the convenience of being close to restaurants and other services. I also like their well maintained garden and their hot drinks dispenser in the lobby

This hotel is spotless, the staff is awesome and everything is as it should be. Stayed here last year for the same event and once again everything was great.

Staff was friendly, I asked and received a quiet room not facing the street. Coffee and breakfast selection was decent. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower worked well. Liked free, easy-to-use WiFi. Came back after checkout to use the lobby for a brief business meeting and was allowed to do so.
Nothing huge. Decent value for the money. I used the gym and there was no remote to change the channels or volume on the tv. Gym was clean with towels provided but a little basic. I have stayed at the hotel 2-3 times before, and it would have been nice for the desk person to have recognized I was a repeat customer.
