Complimentary Breakfast was nice.
1. The parking lot was very icy, Not enough salt used, almost fell unloading my car.
2. Hot Tub should be in the Hotel , not shared with another Hotel.
3. Backup power would be good for the elevators. I experienced a 1 or 2 ft drop with a sudden stop when the power went out. Dropped all my luggage on the floor. This could have seriously injured an older person!!

This was the 1st time I used this option, and stayed overnight close to the airport rather than travel from several hours away for an early morning flight out. The attraction was free parking during my absence, and this covered the cost of the room itself.
I had a very pleasant experience. Starting with your staff at Reception. This will now be my default method for travel in future. (My thanks.)

The closeness of the hotel to the airport and the convenient mode of transportation provided. The room was really comfortable and clean - very important to me. Especially the bathroom......very clean. The added features in the hotel were also quite acceptable. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.
The cost of the snack food and other items sold in the hotel lobby - I felt that it was all very much over priced.

My visit was brief, arriving 9:00 pm and leaving at 5:00 am the following morning. Wake-up call was prompt and the shuttle to airport was on time. There were muffins and coffee available at 4:30 am.
