Great to have option to leave vehicle during our cruise and the pickup van was prompt and great.
The fridge was too loud during the night.

The service at the desk was outstanding. You could really tell this young lady really enjoyed her job and cared about the customers in the Hotel.
Found the Restaurant to be too expensive. Actually left Hotel and went to a Restaurant.

Being close to Te airport with a shuttle leaving every 1/2 hour 24/7. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice. Loved the Zip check out ice machine and vending machines well stocked. Restaurants were fast and efficient, with good food
The bathroom was way to dark with no lighting at all in the shower. You eventually shower or bath in the dark. Very hard to do your toiletry in such a porky lit area. Also there was no mirror for checking behind you when doing toiletry

Staff were friendly and room was nice. Handy to airport.
No space for Coke in the vending machine, even though it was advertised on the machine.
Waited a long time at the airport for the shuttle bus, even though they had told me three minutes.
Had booked through hotelsone and had a confirmation number, but had no reservation when I arrived. Fortunately, the staff found me a room, even though the hotel was fully booked due to a number of flight cancellations.
