I took my 3 granddaughters for a 3 day outing. We had a fabulous time. The Hotel accommodations were amazing. Super friendly staff. We enjoyed face painting, hula hoop, Moana movie, and Yoga at sunset. Room service one night was delightful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had so much fun down at the pool and pool bar. One night we went for drinks and listened to the band inside and that was such a blast! We are thinking about making this a monthly stay cation with the family, just need to find good deals as it can get pricey!
We were only planning to stay Friday night and woke up Saturday morning and really didnt want to leave. We booked another room for Saturday night, knowing our room was going to be available. I asked the front desk manager if they could match our room rate from the night before (he had already told me that it was not booked for Saturday night, so it wasnt like he would be able to make any more money if we decided not to stay) and he could not. I understand their our policies, but it was just kind of a bummer. We still decided to stay and have a great time!

The room was very clean. The staff was great. The lobby was decorated nice. It was a pleasant stay
Unfortunately their was a housekeeping cart with dirty sheets at our front door. The lights were out on the whole floor and ice machine not in working order. Phone in room did not work properly had to call valet station for contact to front desk. Everything was taken care of very professionally.
