On our first night there they had ran out of propane for the heaters to sit outside. The night manager Josh went WAY above and beyond to make sure that they got more propane and were able to get them up and running.

I have stayed here several times but this was a first time for a friend of mine and she was "over the top" loving the Christmas decorations and the front desk staff so friendly..we will be back again!

Comfortable bed and sheets and pillows. Beautiful bathroom. The best staff ever at the front desk. Very much enjoyed having a facial and massage in the spa. The swimming pool and hot tub was wonderful, great staff in the bar at the pool. Loved the fire pit overlooking the ocean.
We were there the weekend of the Harley Davidson motorcycle rally. I wish the walls on the street side of the building had a little more installation for the sound...

Furnishings and fixtures in room appear dated. Lobby and public areas are great.
