Because I booked online and pre-paid for my room, the hotel wasn't able to give me the group rate that I was eligible for. The clerk was apologetic and upgraded me to a water-view room which I really appreciated. The hotel had a nice indoor pool, and a very nice and well-equipped gym. I liked that the hotel was walking distance from restaurants, etc.

This is the nicest hotel in Fredericton.
I needed a charging cable for my Android phone and the hotel did not have one available, unfortunately, although the staff did try to find one.

Upon arrival. When asked what brought us to Fredericton, I told them that we were Just up for a night away to enjoy some food and drinks and attend the frostival.I also told them we were getting away for my wife's birthday. A few hours later a knock at our room door to Room service with a beautiful piece of cake with Happy birthday in chocolate with some strawberries compliments of the hotel. This is great customer service. very much appreciated. My wife was blown away at the gesture.

The organization of everything. The room was wonderful and the staff was great.
They charged us all for parking which I thought was strange since we already paid for the room.

Staff, from wait staff, to front desk, to cleaning, were all extremely hospitable. Always a smile and civil greeting.
Beds were very comfortable. Are you able to tell us what make and model the mattress is at this location as we want one for home?
Would have been nicer if closer to town for walking.
Disappointed in the restaurant 'Catch' menu. Arrived looking for seafood and all they had as an entre was one Haddock meal. We assumed by the name and location that we'd find seafood.
