I was impressed with the friendly and attentive staff. My wife and I stayed during the Harvest Jazz & Blues Festival, a very busy weekend in Fredericton and were always served promptly and efficiently by genuinely caring people. That's why we keep coming back, and have recommended the Felta to friends.

Staff were consistent in providing a good client experience. Ie. Reception desk very professional, friendly. We also took the wrong stairway and I believe it was kitchen staff who brought us to the lobby. Very accommodating. Beds and pillows very comfortable

It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. I liked that it could be booked in advance at a very reasonable price.

Loved the outdoor restaurant with the wonderful view from the deck! My son loved the gift given tot him at check in ..Late 12:00 check out great as well !

While there we found the staff to be very friendly and willing to assist with any questions. The food and atmosphere were lively and cheerful.

Great outdoor patio overlooking the river. Friendly staff in the restaurant. Gift shop full of interesting unique items that you seldom see in a hotel gift shop.
