I booked on line and check in was a little slow...I think they were training a new employee

No one bothered me

I booked a suite that was a smoking room. Was told when I got there and had checked in that none of the suites were smoking rooms. I had to go out side each time that I wanted to light up.

Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were helpful.

Room had a funky odor when we arrived. Breakfast - coffee ran out and was very weak; no non-stick spray was available for the waffle maker. The breakfast attendant was very talkative about how much she worked and how little she slept. Back door was not consistently responsive to the room key.

My stay was very fine; especially the shower ! All the hot water I wanted, and a good spray. Bed was very comfortable and wide enough to hold four people across. Pillows were ample and TV was welcome. Food was very acceptable and the staff very helpful.

Wish there was a little more counter space for suit-cases and bags, or some luggage stands.
