Location of room
Remote did not work
TV didn't work until we had someone come up.
fan made news all night.
water squirted all over the floor when we tried to use the tub.
room temperature was hard to control

The price on the receipt from the hotel was $30 less than what my credit card was charged. Not happy about that.

I appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere. Staff very comfortable around my boxer. I loved the door hanger noting "pet in room"! I wish other hotels would adopt this to avoid housekeeping from entering while he is in the room. I also loved the post-it note stating that housekeeping noted the "do not disturb" sign and to notify front desk if anything was needed. Little touches that make a difference!
