Front Desk staff, Jesse, made us feel welcomed. He was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Jesse's customer service and professionalism is top notch. It was our first visit to Iowa and Jesse made us feel at home. Please let Jesse know how much we appreciated him.
Our room was next to the storage room with laundry machines that was on throughout the night and we could here it through the wall. We slept good in the comfy bed but the noise was a little disturbing.

The beds are crazy comfortable, the showers hot and it's very clean. The staff was great. This is our second stay and we will also stay here when visiting.

Fairly new-2 years old. Nice staff,good workout machines, good breakfast. Spotless, really economical price. Nice lazyboy recliner in the room. Very quiet stay.
Nothing--all great.

The girl who checked us in (bad with names so I don't remember her name) was very friendly and pleasant. We went to the local restaurant she recommended. The hotel has a small bar so we had a drink and chatted with her for a few minutes .
