Super 8 by Wyndham Florence

We Checked in at 5PM and there were several cars on the parking lot. The room we were given was totally unacceptable, at the back of the motel behind some steps, not evena place to park, and we requested another room. We were given the run around and finally given a room on the second floor, my husband at 82 with COPD, found this difficult. We were told that the Motel was full (no evidence of that) and that a bus was coming in for a covention. These people, the owerners as I understand it, were rude and unaccomodating. Of course, The bus never arrived and the units were slowly filled by 7:00 PM when we left for dinner. I do not like deceitful people. We would never stay here again.
