Townhouse-style suite, very large , good kitchen facilities, small workout room onsite and pass to large gym 1 mile away, outdoor patio with grill area and swimming pool, free Wifi, breakfast, and weekday dinners, just off I84 ramp I stay for work often and it is my choice in Fishkill

I have already submitted this review for the 3 rooms we stayed in and commented on our overall satisfaction. . However, I will never again book through expedia or travel.com - it is a total mess I am now dealing with - cancellation of one room, substituting another , being billed for more rooms than we needed -and some of this is your desk staff's fault. I am now owed over $500 refund and wonder how long it is going to take to clear all this up.

Very lovely staff!!! friendly and willing to help
breakfast - and early evening buffet - good and plentiful
Toilets very low - no safety rails - very difficult for seniors
only one sink in bathroom, need a double
