Friendliness and helpfulness of staff, variety of breakfast options.
My beds were uncomfortable. Either the mattresses need to be flipped ;or replaced. Since I have back problems I need a firm mattress.

The first morning we were at your Hampton Inn the food was great and allot of choices (Cheese Omelets, Bacon, muffins with cheese and bacon on them, waffles, yogurt, cereal, fruit). The next morning biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, fruit. Realized most of the guests were from the US Air Force Soccer team. That explained the great breakfast.
Second mornings breakfast. I would still recommend the hotel since everything else was very good.

The room was clean and quiet. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Food was hot and there was a variety.
I can't think of anything!
