When we arrived the GM Pam was waiting on another customer that had made reservations on line, as I had. She explained to us that their computer was not working and they weren't able to find the reservations. She went out of her way doing everything she could to get help to get us checked in. The whole time she kept a smile on her face and was apologetic and made you feel important. She was OUTSTANDING and finally got the help she needed to be able to check us in. Yes we had to wait a while, but she was so personable, she was doing EVERYTHING she could and she succeeded ALL WITH A SMILE. I wish all the other Motel 6's I have stayed at were as GOOD AS HER.
