The free breakfast which is well served.
The uncertain schedule of the shuttle bus to the airport. When you arrive you have to call FIRST the hotel to ask for the shuttle bus(once I didnt have the phone number available) which takes its time for pick up.

Very noisy room by the elevator and in parking lot outside our window around 3 am.

The staff was courteous and polite. And they were helpful when I had an issue in arranging my stay.
The overall hotel was not as clean as I normally expect from a Hampton Inn. My non-smoking room smelled of smoke and the smoke detector had obviously been tampered with. The complimentary breakfast terrible. The eggs seemed almost plastic. I specifically chose this hotel because of what I have come to expect from Hampton Inn. I hope my review will allow you to make the necessary changes to this location to bring it up to your usually high standards
