We always enjoy our stay in Edmonds and this was a good time for us.
Pretty close to the train tracks and heard the train whistle a lot during the night. I don't remember hearing it so much in times past.

My wife and I stayed at your beautiful hotel on Tuesday April 16. The accommodations and service were excellent. The front desk clerk was particularly helpful with check in and directions to my daughters home in a town nearby. I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he was a tall man with a dark beard with streaks of gray.
On line room reservation was fast and easy and breakfast offered a good selection in a pleasant dining room.

I like the location, and I like the breakfast, I like the fact that the windows open, and I like the free WiFi.
There was only one electrical outlet that was accessible to me. Despite the fact that there was a desk and free WiFi (which was good), there was no electrical outlet at the desk area for me to plug in my laptop. I could not charge my phone and have it on the nightstand overnight -I had to put it across the room next to the one plug available. The room(s) should be upgraded to reflect the fact that most travelers have multiple things that need to be plugged in.
