Closeness to main Edmonds road and downtown edmonds. quiet.
On the second morning of our stay, there was not enough hot water for my shower--it was only warm.

access difficult. It is not on dayton street but sits back off the street. Hard to find a sign from dayton street. Cost is higher than comparaables..

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly.
The breakfast was almost all carbohydrates and provided very little protein. There was an option for a make-it-yourself sausage, egg and cheese muffin, but the sausage and egg did not look or taste good.
