I found the hotel to be very comfortable and the staff in all departments to be helpfull and polite at all times would certainly reccomend it to friends and family

Proximity and shuttle service makes getting to fro the airport an easy experience. Also Scottish management personnel (from Nairn) were very helpful and appeared influential in the hotel running. I have only used two Premier Inns on a regular basis, this one and the Glasgow St Georges Square one and these are the standard of hotels that would see me continuing to use Premier Inn on a regular basis.

I had two children accompanying me. Went to the small coffee lounge one evening for a hot chocolate (I believe run by an external party). After ordering the drinks I left the children briefly to look at the brochures in the foyer. On returning I found that the chocolates had arrived quicker than I had anticipated and both kids had burnt their mouths after taking a drink - the drinks were too hot for an adult to drink let alone a child. This is not an uncommon thing, and I have burnt my own mouth in the past testing a drink that was bound for one of my children. Perhaps a bit of a note in the induction briefings for current and future employees and associated contractors on this issue and on the varied considerations for children should be considered.

Great value for accommodation. Staff very helpful and efficient, location very handy for short stop overs.

Nothing major, second single bed for child was ? Bed base and a little uncomfortable.

The Shuttle Bus was very convenient, to get to and from the Airport, as well as into the city.

Staff on reception made me extremely angry concerning my check in.
