The staff were all amazing and a room was ready for me as soon as I arrived a the hotel even though it was before check in time. All the staff were so helpful and friendly and the housekeeping staff were so professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. I am hoping to stay again in late August for 12 nights but at the moment so I hope I can get another amazing deal online. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had staying 8 nights in a hotel and I’ve stayed in many around the worl. The manager was so friendly and helpful and he was always so polite.
I think everything was great and loved how there were Eid treats in reception. Free parking is also a bonus. Keep up the excellent work! Thank you for looking after us!

We arrived early in the morning and our room was not ready until 2pm which is to be expected. We were delighted when reception had a room ready for us after one and a half hours. The reception staff were very obliging and friendly and nothing was to much trouble.
NO. Everything was perfect. Service with a smile from all the staff we encountered.
