Staff was great from valet, bellmen and front desk.
Room 517 had a bit of a problem with air condtioning.

I liked the design of my suite. It was spacious and very comfortable. I didn't feel like I was in the impersonal environment of a hotel.

Location is perfect ... proximity to restaurants, ballpark, casino, and downtown attractions. Every staff member is pleasant and willing to assist. Attention to hotel security is appreciated. Doorman secured a cab to airport on day of departure. Best hotel in downtown Detroit.
The hotel room charge was a bit steep for me on my recent visit in June.

Love the place. Friendly efficient staff. Good location. Nice rooms.
Lighting in the center of your rooms is poor. You could also use a more accessible full length mirror.
