The elevators were quick.
Room 1031 is awkward and hard to use. Lack or soundproofing between rooms. Desk staff were useless.

The entire staff was very accommodating in every way! The location for everything we wanted to do was perfect.

The hot tub was being used by 4 very drunk young men. That was at 4:30pm on Sat. We went down early on Sunday morning to find the hot tub had a sign out of order and had been drained.

We often stay here when we are visiting our son. It is located in the heart of the cities activities which we love. The rooms are beautiful with all the old world charm. The Coda bar is always a fun place to stop for a night cap after a night out at the wonderful restaurants downtown. We also enjoy the work out facilities in the basement.

Everything. clean, polite, there to help u in any way they could
Bathroom sink did not have a drain cover in it. lost a lid down the drain. Good thing is was not a piece of jewelry or they would of heard a roar...
