Check in was efficient, courteous and pleasant. Lovely room and love the way the bedroom is separated from the living room with the bathroom in between cresting a suite like atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

The rooms where very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very well stocked with a variety of foods which was nice.

A well-organized, quiet hotel with good parking. Plenty of space in the suite, with a balcony off the bedroom. Location ideal for the ferry. We made good use of the breakfast area near the lobby.
Bedroom overlooked a construction site, but you can't stop progress, and it wasn't noisy. Didn't care for the bar-restaurant next to the hotel, although it was popular with others.

The Hotel was very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I will stay there again when I am up next.

Ease of check in. Comfort of having two rooms instead of just one
I would have liked an extra blanket in the closet for use while laying on the couch.

Friendly reception and help, very nice continental breakfast. I stay there because it's a convenient stop from the ferry on the way to Mission.
The Brown's sports bar next door is extremely unsuitable as a hotel "dining room". On Dec 23 the noise was so deafening I had to shout at the receptionist to be heard over the loud "music" and people, there was no room at the bar, and a 45 minute wait for a table for one. I was glad to get out of there and have a quiet dinner elsewhere. The internet reception in the hotel was also terrible, sometimes non-existent.
