Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport

The staff were fabulous. Always helpful and cheerful, keen to attend to all our needs. The staff on the breakfast shift at the restaurant and reception staff were particularly helpful to my husband who has mobility challenges. As were the staff who helped with transportation to and from the airport. In fact everyone made us feel most welcome and supported. Thank you . We would certainly love to come to Dallas again.

NOT VERY ATTENTIVE BELL SERVICE. WE ARRIVED AND CARRIED ALL OUR BAGS IN BY THE VALET DESK AND NO OTHER GUESTS WERE AROUND THE DESK. NO GREETING OR OFFER TO HELP WITH BAGS AND WIFE IS WALKING WITH A CANE

I thought our room was perfect. We were on the 2nd floor and very close to the elevator, stairs, ice machine and workout room. I liked the location very much. We ate dinner in the resturant and visited the cafe several times. Everything was very good. The staff was excellent. Great customer service. We will stay here again.

I would have enjoyed a regency club lounge, but there was not one at this Hyatt.

Convenience to the airport and the shuttle

We enjoy the convenience within your facility to the ballroom, meeting rooms and sleeping facilities for our purposes. My wife and I were with the East Texas Men in Harmony group and I understand we will be there 3 more years. The overall set-up is good.

It is a shame and a big disappointement that the Hyatt Regency and a Hotel of your caliber does not provide refrigrators in your rooms. We have come here ever since the Barbershop Harmony Society has been contracted with you and to be charged a surcharge if we want a refrigerator is appalling. We bring our food each year becasue the food prices are too high for us and most of our members. We bring many hundreds of guests to you each year and would very much like a discount card for food/beverage purposes with our Chorus badges as proof of identification. Otherwise, you have a great facility. Thank you for the free parking!

Not letting me know the cost of overseas calls from room phone. Just to dial out cost $19.70. The calls over a 4 hour period came to $168. I complained and got $51back.
