The staff was friendly.
The microwave/oven is perpendicular to the sink and makes an awkward angle to use. It's also very high up. A step ladder is included in the room to get to the dishes and microwave. Our door handle fell off the last day we were at the hotel. Also, although friendly, the housekeeping staff would forget to leave extra toilet paper and soap.
