When we come to Cranbrook, B.C. for our yearly family visit we always stay at the Heritage. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast is always delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoy seeing our favourite server at breakfast - Christie. She is one of the best servers we have ever had.

Staff was great. We asked the front desk staff a few things and they helped us. My sister's room had a lock issue on the door, and the hotel manager sent some potatoe skins for the trouble. That was outstanding on the managers behalf. Also the cleaning staff in the morning was great, she said good morning. Had breakfast in the hotel and the staff there was great too. Great job. I would stay there again. Afordable, and pleasant experience.
I have zero complaints about my stay there. I would pick Heritage Inn in Cranbrook again!
