The area. The room was very nice
Nothing. It was perfect. I did find it strange that when I walked passed the front desk the girls continued their conversation & didn't say hello to me.

Noise outside in halls. A lot of it really dont know how u could control such of a thing.

We planned this last minute for our Anniversary, it's rare that we can get away without kids & have an entire evening together. We ended up walking over to Brio for dinner & then the Comedy Club. We had every intention of visiting your pool area & the bar, but, unfortunately, my wife had a headache & so we came back to our room. The hot shower was a great comfort. Our visit was cut short & we're hoping to visit again someday!
The only complaint that we had was the noise in the hallway early the next morning. My wife's headache had turned into a migraine & she wasn't feeling well at all. I couldn't believe the kids running & screaming in the hallway & it was around 7:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning! They did this for a long period of time. We just got our things together & headed for home. I realize that you would have no control over the noise. I wish we could have stayed longer & taken advantage of our time together. The hotel is beautiful!

Could not dine at hotel restaurants without reservation well in advance due to overcrowding. Very disappointing.

I letti erano favolose. Aspettare il personale nel ristorante eccellente. Cibo eccellente. Personale in generale molto cordiale
