It was a nice stay.

I just wanted to let you know that between reserving the room and ordering from Papa Johns when I got there, someone used my credit card to make a unauthorized purchase using my card information.

Very old and very unclean...

The ownere are very nice and helpful people. The Brekfeast was good. The paper also was nice to have. The cleaning staff did a great job.

Our a/c unit was not working. They tried to fix no good. Had to call into the ac repair co, it was Friday so we lived with it. I do not blame them because it is a hot cople of days near 90 and humid. Our stay was still a nice one Thanks!

I'm always comfortable and they go out of their way to make sure we have everything we need.

HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS BECAUSE IT WAS DIRTY. DIRTY TOWELS IN BATHROOM AND DIRTY SHEETS. THE SECOND ROOM HAD ROACHES

Continental breakfast and where it was located. The carpet was old and grungy looking.

Although my stay was for only a night, I was please with what I received. I mistakenly reserved a smoking room and I was nervous that there would be that smell of stale smoke that I have experienced in the past at other places. I was pleasently surprised when I walked in and there was no lingering odor. The room and bathroom were clean and dressed with the appropriate items. To put it into visual terms, my white sockes were still white on the bottom when I left the hotel. Unfortunatly, I did manage to leave a pair of pants in the room and when I realized it and went back (about 30 minutes later)the room had already been cleaned and the nice housekeeper had already discarded the trash from her bin. I work in apartment management and I understand that once I checked out, what ever was left in the room (within reason) was not something I expected to see again. Bummed, but not a poor reflection on the Ramada or its team members.
