The Tudor Arms Hotel Cleveland - a DoubleTree by Hilton

A equipe foi amigável e útil.

No geral, eu não gosto do hotel. O lobby era barulhento, com música ambiente, e a iluminação foi dura. A sala tinha piso de madeira nua que eram barulhentos, ea unidade de HVAC sobre a cama me manteve acordado.

Hotel é muito simples, com algumas comodidades e um preço grande.

Agradável, conveniente serviço de transporte gratuito local, perto de instituições universitárias Círculo culturais e universitários, sala moderna e confortável.

Limitadas opções de restaurantes a curta distância.

The hotel was delightful! Renovations were outstanding!

HVAC had not been switched from AC to heat. No matter what we did to the thermostat - the room was a crisp 65 degrees. (I would have preferred a bit warmer given the cooler temps outside!) Jumping into a hot shower to get warm was not an option because the restrictor on the shower temperature only allowed it to get to the cool side of "warm". Hot water was not a problem at the sink - only in the shower. With the cool room temp and the only moderately warm showers - showers were done quickly! (Or maybe that's your contribution to the green movement by saving water?) Luckily, we had taken our luggage to the car early the day we checked out but planned to return to the room to change before we traveled home. Luckily - because when we returned, the elevators were not working - and evidently had not been working for some time that morning. We felt fortunate not to be among those lugging their bags up or down the stairs - especially since we had been on the 11th floor! (I'm surprised there was not a service elevator that hotel staff could have assisted with transportation of the luggage and/or passengers!) Despite all this, we will definitely try again the next time we're in Cleveland!
