Loved the large room with two bathrooms. It was a very comfortable room for a family of five. And I always love the lobby at the Palmer House. It’s classy and so pretty.

Beautiful classic hotel, convenient to nearly everything. In the restaurant, our waitperson Stella was outstanding.
The tablet device in our room did not work properly. We notified staff twice about it, but nothing was done.

It's a beautiful hotel with great staff and a great location and the rooms are reasonably priced.
Nothing - it's my favorite place to stay in Chicago (or almost anywhere).

I love love love the location. I also love the vibe.
The pool and jacuzzi were under construction, so I was a little bummed, but not so much that I wouldn't stay here again. In Spring of 2019, the pool/jacuzzi is supposed to be open. I'm hoping the prices don't go up exorbitantly!

We upgraded to the Executive Level. This upgrade included breakfast. The breakfast was not great. I expected something more than what was offered.

We just stayed five nights at the Palmer House, and loved it. Right in downtown chicago, a great old hotel with loads of history, excellent service. We particularly appreciated the concierges patiently answering all of our questions. Thanks!
The Lockwood Restaurant provided great breakfasts, but the dinner menu was quite limited and several food items were on the pedantic side. If we come back we'll stay at the Palmer House again, but plan to eat elsewhere.

Hotel Lobby Bar and Restaurant. Parking in and out. Staff could not do enough for us. Been coming for years and like that the same staff has been there for so many years! It is like family.

We love the building and the ambience of this place. We never stay anywhere else when in downtown Chicago. The bar and seating is awesome!!
Not a damn thing, this place rocks.
