I like the location and convenience to the stores and restaurants. The staff and and housekeeping were very nice and courteous. I plan to stay at this Super 8 hotel again on my next trip to Charlottesville.

It was convenient to get places around charlottesville
There was a bad odor in the elevator, the breakfast was not replenished and we did not get any, the person that waited on us when checking us in was very slow.

The price was right, and the continental breakfast, though limited, was OK. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good and strong.
I would have liked to have a water glass in the room instead of a paper cup. An ice machine would have been nice too, but for the price, I won't complain too much. The alarm clock did not work: I was not able to set the clock/alarm, but my wake-up call was right on time.

How close it was to whom I was visiting. I thought you breakfast was very good.
The one problem I did have were your pillows. I thought they were a little to flat had no body to them.

The made services were very good n did there job well!
My wife n I were on the second floor n the room was ok but the bed was so uncomfortable n was very worn out! My friends had rooms on the third floor n both had a number if stink bugs that were in there rooms at one time or another! All hallways were very smoky smelling!
