The staff are phenomenal, and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I really enjoy visiting the Charlottesville area, and have many times, but until now found myself lacking in a reliable hotel that I enjoyed. My next trip in the area will definitely be spent at this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at the Sleep Inn. It was convenient to Monticello and Michie Tavern. The front desk staff advised us of the restaurant mall in the downtown area where we had an enjoyable dinner. The hotel was clean and quiet in the evening.
There was only one thing that upset me and it's not exactly the fault of the hotel. This is that the guests came down for breakfast in their PJ's. I can understand children, but these were young adults in their last 20's early 30's. It was embarrassing to see these woman in sheer t-shirt material noticeably without bras. Could the hotel please place a sign in the restaurant saying "Proper attire is required for breakfast".

The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The lock on my door was broken, key cards were not working and it could not be fixed during my stay, very inconvenient.

The room smelled, one light was out and there was no fan in the bathroom
