Check-in staff very good, thorough.
Bar did not have enough basic ingredients to make a martini. There were no peanuts or crackers available either. Bartender was good, however.

The hotel was quiet. The location was good being close to Interstate 64. A full course breakfast was included in the Room price.

Great location for driving Not a walking distance hotel. Very handy to main roads and highways to get around the more congested parts of Charlottesville

Check-in was at 4pm. We arrived after 4:30 and had to wait over 10 minutes while the front desk checked to see if our room was clean and ready. Not very proactive for customer service.

Location was great for our purposes.
Sheets are rough. Bathroom was dated which made it look dirty. Would love to have breakfast included. Folks smoking at the front door is unattractive.

Room was adjacent to elevator and ice machine which casused a lot of noise while trying to sleep. Tried to move room but was told they were no available rooms
