The quietness of the hotel. It was late and had not expected to spend the night in Charlotte. Enjoyed the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of the room. The good quiet stay I needed and always expect at a Hampton Inn.

Availability to the airport. Nice hotel.
Was not informed that you needed to reserve a space on the airport shuttle when we checked in. Also, was not informed when booking the hotel that you needed to reserve a spot for your car if you planned to park it at the hotel during your trip. Just said you could park at the hotel during your trip/

Convenience! Reasonable! Had to leave at 4:30 a.m. before breakfast, and the snack bags were tasty and thoughtful.

The staff was very accommodating, recommending off site parking for the airport, transportation to the airport at 5 a.m., breakfast items to go.
