We live 1 & 1/2 hours from Charlotte and we had a early flight from the Charlotte airport the next morning. The hotel was very close to the airport and worked out perfectly. The "free" breakfast was good. I wish I had gotten up a little earlier to really have time to enjoy it. We will stay there whenever we have an early morning flight out of Charlotte.

The breakfast was great, good food and good choices.
We spent a long time in the lobby waiting for our plane and it was very pleasant.
The rooms were spacious and well appointed.
Chose this hotel because of the free shuttle to the airport but loved everything about it.
Nothing.

The staff, with whom we are familiar, were their usual friendly, efficient selves.
The fact that they have introduced a $30 fee for the first week of their park and fly.
