It is totally self contained...
My room was not cleaned nor were fresh towels provided one day of the four days I stayed there...they made the bed and left!! Trash was not even emptied
The "happy hour" was really a disappointment compared to other Embassy Suites...a couple apples and nacho chips really isn't much of an offering..a few warm hors d'oeuvres would be nice.

They put us up for one night without a reservation (we booked the wrong ("charleston"). staff was very capable and helpful.

Elevators would overheat and stop working and the door leading to the stairs was locked during the day so spent alot of time standing/waiting in lobby. We had to call for towels and washclothes EVERYDAY!!! They took the four dirty sets and left only one or two!! You would think with the price we paid we would at least have clean towels waiting on us. Oh and toilet paper--had to hunt down a cleaning lady and get some off her cart because there wasn't any extra in the room!

We have been coming to the embassy for several years now and will continue to come. the breakfast buffet is always a hit of course.
We had two rooms one in my name and one in my daughters. the morning we left she striped the sheets off her bed only to find a five dollar bill under the mattress pad.obviously the bedding had not been changed. more close attention needs to apply to the cleaning of the rooms.

I liked the atmosphere of the hotel, the fact that it was close to shopping, restaurants, and events was very convenient.
I did not like the fact that you had to pay for WiFi services in your room, however you could go downstairs to the lobby and use it for free there but that was very inconvenient.

The hotel was quiet. I thought the bed linens were the softest and most comfortable I can remember.

J'ai été un patron de Sites ambassade depuis près de 40 ans. Mes enfants ont adoré notre séjour là-bas. Quand mon petit-fils et je me suis rendu, il demandait si nous allions atterrir là-bas. Embassy Suites est compatible avec un service de qualité, un environnement confortable, la nourriture excellente, et ne manque jamais de répondre à nos attentes.
Vous ne pouvez pas améliorer l'excellence.
