The room was clean, had everyting I needed. But the staff was incredible! I hadn't been able to get my airline boarding pass to print, and the wonderful nighttime staff member solved the problem and printed them for me. The morning staff member was also amazingly helpful! My wakeup call was on time, as was the free transfer to the airport.
They had mentioned their free "breakfast" would be ready at 4 a.m., when I needed to head to the airport - it wasn't - but I wasn't hungry yet either.

We really appreciated the shuttle ride to the airport @ 4:00 AM during the snow storm. They even took care of our car for us.
