Rooms were nice and clean, close to airport, breakfast included, nice staff.
Parking was challenging, no gym. Pool is a hot tub on the roof.

The breakfast was excellent and the help. With luggage was veryyy good,my husband had had back surgery and everyone was very helpful
The front desk could have been a little more helpful re transport to the shopping mall,you did advertise that your shuttle went to shopping areas,which it does not remove this from you information package. The bus service is very good,and stopped right outside,advertise this . Thank you

Que fueron muy amables, dias anteriores estuve en el hotel aquamarine beach y prsima atencion y en el holiday inn arenas y la regadera tapada y la cafeteta se le salia el agua y no nos quisieron cambiar de habitación
Cuando llegué a la habitación estaba el de mantenimiento arreglando el wc y luego no quedó pero del hotel salió cambiarnos de habitación

Pickup at airport was on time and friendly. Hotel staff were friendly and room was fine. A small problem with the A/C was fixed immediately. Would recommend to friends and stay there again as required.

We had to change our reservation to go home early and we were unable to find any # or way to contact you to cancel our reservation. We contacted Comfort Inn but of course they could not help.

The hotel is adequate, the rooms clean, nice beds, and they do have a nice breakfast.
The hot tub on the roof was broken. No restaurants close by.

The small restaurant really offers great food and service. The wifi signal is excellent and staff could not have been more helpful during our 4 day stay.
Really wish they had tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Would have made a big difference.
