A Highlight for us was the exceptional service of one of your Front Desk staff- her name was Paige! From the time we first checked in she was most courteous and helpful! She went out of her way to help a couple who were stranded on finding Accommodation in the City -and were able to find them a room at the last minute!She is a credit to your Staff! The air conditioner was very loud and didn't cool off the room

I appreciated the attached restaurant.

I would not stay again because of the pillows. They were all the same, too big and hard. My room was close to the elevator and the rooms are not sound proof on any level. Between the pillows and the people talking out side my room I did not have a restful night at all.

Pool was not in operation and no price discount applied. Hotel has really gone downhill in the last couple of years

Some of the other guests staying in the hotel included a group of children with their parents. The kids were encouraged by there parents and allowed by hotel staff to play ball hockey in the hallway right outside my door. They were excited loud screaming 7-12 year olds and it was very disruptive and un-peaceful. I asked the parents to keep it down, at which point they shhh'ed their kids (multiple times, while still allowing them to play in the hallway of the hotel). So I called the front desk to complain - to which I didn't get a very positive response. The gentleman at the front desk asked what I would like him to do. I asked him to instruct the kids they were not allowed to play in the hallway, or to move me to another room. To which he responded that he could only ask them to be quiet so many times, and was unable to kick them out of the hotel. So I was fine to be moved to another room, when he said that would only be an option later in the evening if they did not eventually quiet down. So I had to sit and listen to them play in the hallway for another 30-45 mins (3 hours total). I was not impressed the children were allowed to make such a disruption in the hallway, if it had been drunk patrons I doubt it would have been as tolerated by staff. I was disturbed by the noise and did not have an enjoyable stay due to it.

We were extremely disappointed that the pool was out of order. We had two very let down children. I think they could have told us at check in so we could have gone elsewhere.
