The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing. It felt like a real get away and we loved the surpise treats in our room.

Beautiful lobby and friendly staff. Only complaint was the fight outside our door at 2Am. The front desk staff dealt with it quickly.

We enjoyed the upgrade to the gold lounge pleasant lovely area relaxing but we also used the facilities on the ground floor and it was super the staff at reception was very good likewise with the porters

We enjoyed the service from the staff. They were very helpful with reservations for restaurants & they were always friendly.
We didn't feel that the food was up to scratch. The room service that I had was cold & rather unappetizing. As well when we had breakfast we found that the eggs Benedict weren't done well. The total breakfast wasn't as good as the breakfast I have outside the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable! It made me want to sleep forever.

We were very close to the Calgary Comicon. And we were pleasantly surprised to meet 10 celebrities in the lounge in the evening. The service was excellent. Staff was courteous and helpful. And the Hotel is beautiful. Location is perfect for downtown Calgary and Big 4 building.
We thought that the cleanliness would have been slightly better in our room. When we got there our room had fingerprints on the closet mirror and crumbs on the bathroom floor…. and candy wrappers under the room table. Also…. the breakfast food was not very tasty. Eggs were bland and warm. For the $64.00 for two people…. breakfast in our room was over priced. But it did arrive at exactly the time that we pre-ordered it.
All in all…. still a great experience. We will stay at Fairmont Palliser again.
