A very brief stay, but most enjoyable. Everyone--from the staff at the front desk, to the Peanut Lounge to the wait staff at breakfast the next morning--5 out of 5 stars. Personable, friendly, and efficient service.

We had a very pleasant stay. From the moment we walked in to the moment we had to leave. We were treated very well. There was nothing to complain about and really liked the bakery "kiosk" in the lobby. We also liked the privacy of being on a floor that was keyed off for security.

I was really impressed that they treated my dog like a guest. Courtesy dog treats, use of a dog bowl and room service menu for your k9 friend. Hotel was clean and comfortable. I will definitely book there again when in Calgary. Customer service was amazing as well. Also, complimentary buffet breakfast was a nice surprise.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hallways were nice and bright and the rooms were clean. I liked that I could open a window for fresh air and not just recycled air.
My husband and I both noted that the bed pillows were a little over sized to have a restful sleep.
The bathroom was a little on the small side, however, for the price we paid and the convenience of staying there it was more than satisfactory.
The restaurant food was pricey for the quality. I would stay at the hotel again but not eat at the restaurant.

I love the hot pool and hottub and the fact that they are open 24 hours. I loved the service. A couple of issues, one was out of their control, the other was their mistake, but the way they handled it was TOP NOTCH!!! Especially Donna! It was a great experience!!
