The friendly staff. They always have a smile and they treat you as the most important customer in the world. The rooms are spotless. Another plus, it may be called "airport" but during 3 stays, we have never heard a plane.

Nothing!!!!!!

I booked this blind, I was just looking for a reasonable hotel close to the airport with a shuttle. I got so much more, I would stay at this hotel anytime and recommend it highly. Why? The amenities. First of all the room was beautifully appointed with a comfy king bed and two super nice lounge chairs and a large TV. Morning shower was a lovely rain shower. There was a small TV in the bathroom. The hair dryer was discreetly stowed in a black bag in the bathroom. What really made me happy was the cozy bathrobe for after shower stuff. It was just like my bathrobe at home. Then while my husband was showering I had a lovely make-up table outside of the bathroom. It was equipped with a lighted make-up mirror, with one side magnified, again, just like home. The only hotel I've ever stayed in that had these kinds of amenities was a very pricey boutique hotel and a couple of 5 star hotels. One thing people should know, especially if you are meeting someone is that the airport is huge so if one of your group is in a hotel at the north end of the airport and you are at the south end, you can be very far apart from each other. As for this hotel, I was only sorry I couldn't stay longer. It far exceeded my expectations.

First time staying at the Acclaim, nice rooms, well laid out. Working as an executive member of a hotel chain it's easy to be over critical when staying in another hotel but all in all you have a very nice product.

In the first room the audio on the TV worked but the video didn't, the first desk reacted very quickly with a room change.

It's close to the airport.....awesome. Very nice and modern rooms.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Very personable fellow at the front desk at night and an equally personable woman on the desk in the morning. Appreciated the FREE shuttle service and kind driver.

The website is poor. I needed to find the local phone number and it wasn't easy.
