The hotel staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Linens on the bed were fabulous. I loved having the bay right behind the hotel with the trail to walk on. Room service food was good.
The bed itself felt like it needed a new mattress or box spring. The bathrooms definitely need to be redone. The wear and tear is definitely showing. The counter top in the bathroom I asked to be cleaned again because it had residue from the last guest. I remember thinking wow this bathroom is not great.

Convenient to airport. Shuttle operated on time.
Room keys provided at check in did not work and needed to go downstairs to get new keys before we could check into room. Fortunately there were 2 of us so 1 person could stay on floor without having to drag luggage down to lobby.

Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was top notch.
Our sink overflowed early in the morning. The loud noises woke us up and kept us up from about 3am until our wake-up call at 5:15am. Then we walked into a bathroom with about 1 inch of water on the floor. The desk clerk seemed unconcerned when we checked out. I hope he saw fit to report it.

I was only in the hotel for about 5 hours, but the staff made sure check in and check out were easy. They helped me get up right on time too!
I couldn't find if wifi was available in the rooms without being a HHonors member. I had a difficult time downloading my flight info for the next morning.

It's a beautiful hotel and so convenient for an early morning flight at SFO. Shuttle came right on time and driver was terrific.
